About me
My name is Adrian Thomas, I am a 61 year old personal trainer, based in Balham, South London, and my journey into the world of fitness started with Martial arts training in 1984.
During this time I also started my own studies on anatomy and physiology, reading every medical book I could get my hands on, so that I could understand the human body inside out. I believe that a personal trainer is only as good as his knowledge and experience combined.
In 1986 I started teaching Martial Arts and fitness to my first ever student, and since then, have taught sports and fitness to many thousands of people.
From 2102 onwards, I dedicated my skills to professional archery coaching, having been a top class shooter myself, and have trained archers from all over the world. I have now decided to return to teaching fitness again, as a personal trainer, and look forward to helping many more people achieve a lifetime of health.
I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve their health and fitness goals, and my passion for fitness training and commitment to my clients has earned me a reputation for excellence in the field of personal training.
I am based in Balham, South London, but can travel anywhere within London to train clients.
